Nasi goreng telor
Ingrediënten
- rice
- 1 onion
- 3–4 tablespoon kecap manis
- 1–3 cloves of garlic
- ½ teaspoon of trasi udang
- pepper & salt
- 1 tablespoon sambal ulek
- Some ve-tsin (optional)
- 2 eggs
Bereiding
- Boil the rice and strain off.
- Mash the trasi udang and the garlic.
- Dice the onion.
- Put some oil in a wajan (wok) and fry the trasi.
- Add the garlic, but be careful it doesn't burn.
- Add the onion and fry it well.
- Mix in pepper, salt, ve-tsin and sambal.
- Then add the kecap.
- Wait 20 seconds, then add the rice.
- Stir it well, so that the whole thing turns brown.
- Fry this well for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add the eggs and stir them through the rice.
- Goes well with some acar campur.
Extra opmerkingen
Takes some experimentation to get right.
The original (nasi goreng udang) uses small shrimps instead of eggs.
